Welcome to Seek4Node. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any services provided by Seek4Node (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on our website.

2. Services Provided

Seek4Node offers Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers to individuals and businesses. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, hacking, DDoS attacks, or hosting malicious content.

• Distribution of adult content where prohibited by law.

• Running IRC servers, cryptocurrency mining (without prior approval), or any activities that may harm our network or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for violations of this policy.

5. Abuse and IP Misuse Policy

Seek4Node has zero tolerance for abuse and IP misuse. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sending spam emails or unsolicited bulk messages.

• Hosting phishing sites, malware, or participating in botnet activities.

• Involvement in network attacks (e.g., DDoS, port scanning, brute-force attempts).

Abuse Handling Process:

• Abuse reports from third parties, security vendors, or upstream providers will be forwarded to the responsible customer for immediate action.

• Customers are required to respond within 12 hours of the abuse report.

• Failure to respond or resolve the issue may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

• Repeated abuse cases may lead to permanent account closure and potential blacklisting.

IP Blacklisting:
If your activities cause our IP addresses to be blacklisted (e.g., spam blacklists), you may be liable for associated costs to delist the IPs or replace them.

6. Payments & Billing

• All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

• Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

• All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

• VPS services are eligible for a 72-hour refund window for first-time customers only.

• Dedicated Servers and custom orders are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not granted for ToS or AUP violations, including abuse-related suspensions.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. In the rare event of downtime beyond this threshold, you may request service credits as per our SLA policy. Hardware failures and abuse-related suspensions are excluded.

9. Data Backup & Loss

• While we may offer optional backup solutions, data backup is the customer’s sole responsibility.

• We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

10. Security & Abuse Prevention

• Customers are responsible for securing their servers, including updating software, securing passwords, and configuring firewalls.

• In case of server compromise, we reserve the right to suspend services to protect our network integrity.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Seek4Node is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 30 days.

12. Termination

• You may cancel services at any time through your client area.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this ToS or AUP without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
